Ashton Monroe has decades of firsthand knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Being brought up in a property-investment focused household and living through dozens of Real Estate transactions from an early age prepared him for a successful career in New York City. Ashton carries this experience with him into his professional role at Sotheby’s International Realty as the Field Team’s Downtown Sales and Leasing Specialist.

Ashton has taken part in hundreds of transactions with The Field Team, the #1 globally ranked team at Sotheby’s International Realty. He services clients through Sotheby’s Global referral network. Ashton is savvy, especially when it comes to first-time buyers or clients who are new to New York City. In addition to the benefits of Sotheby’s Global network, its unmatched marketing provides the level of support even his highest luxury clients would come to expect.

Ashton has seen almost everything imaginable in NYC Real Estate – having transacted in all price points from $600,000 one-bedrooms to a trophy penthouse sold at $12,000,000. There is nothing he enjoys more than helping his clients achieve their dreams. The global resources offered by Sotheby’s International Realty perfectly to the Ashton's ability to meet the diverse needs of his client base.

Ashton comes from a background in the entertainment and hospitality industries. He has worked on film sets from New York City to Omaha. Ashton believes a cornerstone to a great relationship is listening, understanding and empathizing, which speaks to his success in servicing his clients real estate goals. Prior to joining The Field Team in 2019, Ashton was a Director of Guest Operations at a boutique hotel.

Ashton has the honor of working alongside top producers, Mara Flash Blum and Nikki Field. The Field Team is often featured by many national and international outlets including MSNBC, CNN, The New York Times, The NY Post, Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, and Quest.

Ashton enjoys traveling, recreational sports, playing music with his closest friends, and watching his alma mater University of Missouri Tigers (try their best to) win a conference game.
